Who we are
At Village ProjeX, mentorship is more than care, it’s expertise rooted in lived experience.
Our mentors are 24+ and bring both the wisdom of navigating the same challenges youth face and the professional training to guide them forward.
Backed with backgrounds in youth development, psychology, and education, our team blends cultural responsiveness with trauma‑informed practice. We ensure every young person is seen, heard, and equipped with the skills to turn their story into strength.
