    With more than 20 years of experience, Iyalode Osunremi has devoted her career to uplifting youth across Louisiana, Texas, and Colorado in both community and school settings. Her journey has included roles as an after‑school site coordinator, paraprofessional educator, substitute teacher, and mentor — each deepening her understanding of the challenges young people face and the systems they navigate.

    Beyond her professional path, Iyalode brings a passion for event planning and community connection, weaving together structure and creativity to strengthen relationships. Rooted in connection and driven by purpose, she embodies the balance of heart and strategy that defines Village ProjeX’s mission.

  • COO + Marketing Director

    After earning her Business Marketing BA from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. She worked along side creative agency’s while starting her journey as a entrepreneur.

    Some how, some way, her best friends got her to be apart of The Village ProjeX. She became the backbone of operations.

    Handling the business side—Sales, Brand development, Marketing Research, and Strategy—so the rest of the team can focus on the youth.

    Oshadara brings a wealth of experience in mentoring, administration, and executive support, with a strong background in insurance, contracts, and organizational management. With over 3+ years of mentoring, she has guided others with compassion and clarity, helping them grow both personally and professionally.

    Beyond her professional expertise, Oshadara is an amazing mother whose passions for music, dance, cooking, and community connection shine through in everything she does. She also loves setting up events and building connections not just with kids, but with their environments and adult caretakers, ensuring that families feel supported as a whole.

    She is deeply committed to fostering belonging, supporting others, and creating spaces where people feel valued and cared for.

    At The Village ProjeX, Oshadara embodies the spirit of community care, blending organizational skill with heartfelt mentorship to strengthen both youth and family networks.

  • Operating + Mentor Director

    DeAjranae is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Metro State University and preparing to continue into a Master’s program, bringing both academic dedication and hands‑on experience to The Village ProjeX. With over 4+ years in the mentoring field, work within foster care homes, and previous leadership roles, she has gained deep knowledge of finance, contracts, ethical workplace practices, and training.

    This combination of professional expertise and lived experience makes her a versatile and invaluable member of the team, uniquely equipped to guide both youth and organizational growth.

    Her passion and purpose within social work are rooted in micro, one‑on‑one work with children, where she excels at building meaningful relationships that empower young people to strive for the best version of themselves.

    DeAjranae’s care and commitment go beyond mentorship. She creates bonds that other organizations aspire to, ensuring every child feels seen, supported, and motivated.

    Winston is a radiant light with a deep passion for the social work field, currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at Metro State University and working toward her Master’s. With over 4+ years of mentoring and community work, she has become a true force in outreach, connecting not only with youth but also with families, partners, and fellow nonprofits.

    Her purpose lies in helping kids find and ground themselves, guiding them toward confidence, resilience, and belonging. Winston’s gift for connection extends beyond one‑on‑one mentorship. She thrives in building bridges across communities, fostering collaboration, and strengthening networks of care.

    With experience in grant writing, outreach, mentoring, and macro‑level social work. Including policy, systems, organizational development, coalitions, and partnership building. Winston brings a strategic lens to The Village ProjeX, and works to ensure that youth empowerment is not only personal but also systemic.
